Take a 5 gallon bucket and fill it half full with milo/maize, and fill it the rest of the way with water. Add garlic powder, blood, a cheese packet from Maccaroni and Cheese, and/or oily cut baitfish. Set in direct sunlight for 1 week. Put in burlap sack and and sink by your favorite fishing spot. Come back 2 hours later and fish.
