Here is the best bait that I have ever used. Carp fillets wrapped in pork bacon.
Add 2 packs of red Kool-Aid. Add tuna oil and let simmer in the sun. This mixture will be slimy. Then add some corn flakes to make the best dough ball ever used. I have broke spider line on just about every trip out. Have fun and super tight lines. :-)
