- Instant Cream of Wheat
- Corn Flakes
- Protein Shake Powder (Any flavor will do)
Step 1. Cook up a batch of Cream of Wheat
Step 2. Mix in corn Flakes till it thickens to dough
Step 3. Add how ever much Protein powder you think it will take
to add flavor.
I would recommend leaving it sit in the refrigerator for a couple days (to thicken even more). I know this is good Stuff and health for you too. If you want to let it ferment leave sit a few days outside in a Ziplock baggie. The protein will start to ferment real good.
