I have read many recipes but this one I made up works the best. Here's the ingredients:

1. 2 cups flour
1 cup water 3 pinches of granulated sugar 3 pinches fine powdered sugar About 1/2 cup honey

Mix together in a bowl. If the mixture doesn't have a dough like texture, add more water but not too much as to make the dough watery. Next, boil about 4 cups of water. When boiling add 1/2 cup syrup to the boiling water. The syrup should settle to the bottom. If the water stops boiling wait until the water boils again. Get the dough and make into little dough balls. Let cook for about 2-3 minutes and let dry. Put in bag plus a little juice and happy fishing!! It has worked with me. I have caught two 30 lb. carps with these babies
