Species of Fish

There is a variety of species in Fox Lake. Walleyes are predominate in the spring and fall with Channel Catfish providing consistent action throughout the season. Nippersink is known for it's Yellow Bass and Carp Fisheries. The following lists the types of fish that can be found in Fox / Nippersink Lakes, in the order of their abundance:

Largemouth Bass, Bluegill, Pumpkinseed, Yellow Bass, Muskie, Walleye, Channel Catfish, Perch, Crappie, White Bass, Northern Pike, Bullhead, Smallmouth Bass, Carp
